RETURN GOODS POLICY

1. Requests in writing for Return Goods Authorization must be made to Richards-Wilcox Customer Service within 30 days of shipment. Email mail@richardswilcox.com with the subject line RGA REQUEST. Or, call 800-253-5668 to initiate your return.
2. Richards-Wilcox will determine eligibility and notify the requester within 5 days.
3. Special items and items not manufactured by Richards-Wilcox are not eligible for return.
4. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
5. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid within 30 days. If RGA is due to Richards-Wilcox error, freight can ship collect via PRIME carrier.
6. All material returned must be received in original packaging for credit.
7. Total value of returned material must exceed $200 net.
